Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for unopened/unused items in the original packaging within 14 days after the date of purchase with the receipt. 

WE ONLY ACCEPT IN-STORE CREDIT REFUNDS!!!

Merchandise must be new (never been used) and unopened and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals, and registration cards. We will not accept opened boxes, dirty, washed, or used products. Any items defined as non-refundable (final sale) are not within our return guidelines. 

Please Note: for safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are final sale. These products include, but are not limited to feeding products & accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, gears, furniture and undergarments. All hygiene products and items contact skin directly are final sale. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. All purchases of sale merchandise, gears, car seat, stroller, electronics, mattress, furniture, pillow, swimwear, bedding, diaper, food, toys, and plush are final sale. All opened/used or items on sale are FINAL SALE, returns or exchanges will not be offered. All gears like strollers, car seats, etc, are final sale. Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. 

A gift receipt can only receive an exchange or refund for the value paid in the form of store credit. Cash will not be issued. NO refunds or exchanges will be permitted without a receipt or gift receipt. After 14 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged and are a final sale. Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALES.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.

Exceptions

For safety and hygienic reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Strollers & Strollers' Accessories
  • Car seats & Car Seat Bases
  • Furniture
  • Mattresses
  • Breast Pumps & Accessories
  • Nursing Bras
